Compact cottage gardens in the village centre are often covered by the £40 minimum visit, while larger properties on the outskirts scale up with area at the standard £20 per 100m² rate. Hedges along village lanes and boundaries are typically trimmed twice a year, late spring and late summer.
Autumn tidy-ups are a common request as gardens are put to bed for winter, covering leaf clearance, a final hedge trim, and beds cut back. Spring brings the first mow of the season and, for tired lawns, the renewal package covering scarifying, aeration and overseed.
