How a garden design project works
A free site visit comes first, looking at sun and shade through the day, existing drainage, boundaries and any features worth keeping. From there, a written plan splits the garden into zones, lawn, seating, planting, storage, and prices each element separately so you can see where the budget goes.
Because the same business carries out the build, changes discovered once work starts, a root that was not visible before, ground that turns out uneven, are handled directly rather than needing to be relayed back to a separate designer.
What a design project typically includes
Turf or a scarify-and-overseed renewal for the lawn, patio or path tiling for hard landscaping, fencing for new or replaced boundaries, and flower bed planning for borders. Multi-day projects combining several of these start from £950, with materials quoted separately after the site visit.
