You send the details
The online form takes about a minute. Rough garden size, which services you want, and how often. If you are not sure of the size, guess and say so, and it gets checked on the first visit.
A price comes back the same day
Usually within a few hours during the week. It is a real figure, not a range, because the rates are published: £20 per 100m² for mowing, £4 per metre for hedges, £28 an hour for hand weeding, £40 minimum visit.
A free visit for the bigger jobs
Fencing, patios, turfing and full transformations are measured in person before anything is quoted. No deposit, no obligation, and no callout charge inside 8 miles of Cambridge.
The work happens
You do not need to be home, as long as there is access to the garden. Most customers leave a side gate unlocked. Tools, fuel and disposal are all handled, and cuttings go in your green bin or are taken away for £12.
You pay afterwards
Cash or bank transfer once the work is done, or monthly in arrears on a care plan. Nothing up front. If anything is not right, say so within 7 days and it gets put right at no cost.
